PROSHIELD® FOAM & SPRAY is a no-rinse incontinent and total body cleanser containing glycerin to moisturize skin. This eliminates the need for nurses to apply a lotion after cleaning or bathing the patient, resulting in a savings of both time and money. PROSHIELD FOAM & SPRAY contains a surfactant, poloxamer 188, which cleans skin without drying it out, like soap and water. Its fragrance makes patients feel clean while creating a pleasant-scented environment for nurses. The cleanser's solubilizer breaks down dried stool, eliminating a nurse's need to scrub. Its foaming ability helps keep the product on the patient, not the bed sheets.
