Our program is designed to expand employees’ current skills and create development objectives. Each employee’s plan establishes a customized and clearly defined career path that prepares employees for future roles and opportunities within the organization.
HEALTHPOINT’s career advancement program utilizes 2 primary tools to facilitate employee development:
Individual Development Plans
These plans focus on development areas and actions for an employee’s current position as well as future career interests to help facilitate an ongoing discussion between the manager and employee.
Behavior Attributes
This area of development revolves around how an employee accomplishes work (e.g., relationships, teamwork, communication, decision-making, judgment). Behavior attributes that need improvement become part of an employee’s development actions.
